Miscellaneous pics of my 24" mill
This mill needs a lot of
work, but does have all of the sifter parts except one
small hanger that goes on the 'passive'
end. I was hoping that most parts were
the same as my 16" mill, but several
parts are too large to fit it. This must be a
fairly early mill because it has oil
reservoirs instead of grease cups, and has
sheet metal in place of cast iron for the
blower housing and duct work. It does
not have the indicator at the shaft
adjustment either. I was sure glad to see the
Williams name in fancy lettering show up
on the pulley end of the wood frame.

The first three pictures show some of the
striping detail. The raised dark areas
are where the resin has oozed out of the
wood. The fourth picture shows the
end view after a little cleanup.
